Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
ALL ORDERS take up to 1-3 days to process before shipping! Regular shipping takes about 3-5 business days while priority shipping takes about 2-3 business days.
(e.g: WE DO NOT PROCESS/ SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS. Therefore, orders placed on friday will not be processed until that monday morning!)

If packages are lost or shipped to the incorrect address due to inputting the wrong address when purchasing. Chic Lashes is not responsible and will not refund or re-send the product ordered.

Refunds
Due to COVID safety there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES regardless of reasoning on all products sold by Lash La Vie. All sales are final for all products
